Booking any party constitutes your agreement with these terms.
PRIVACY POLICY:
Extreme Gaming Australia – Mobile Video Gaming Theatre is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the website to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE:
Our primary service area is a 40km radius from Belmont North NSW. We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area, but must add a fuel and time surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. Please contact us for details.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN:
Extreme Gaming does require a parent or responsible adult to be present just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests 16 and over require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach should a need to contact them arise.
ALCOHOL/DRUGS:
You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served.
Extreme Gaming does not allow any food or drinks into the video game theatre. If alcohol is served at an event or party; we may require an on-site security surcharge and/or security deposit.
Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Mobile Video Gaming Theatre equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.
DAMAGE/INJURY:
Extreme Gaming Mobile Video Gaming Theatre or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theatre in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Extreme Gaming Mobile Video Gaming Theatre reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Extreme Gaming Mobile Video Gaming Theatre or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host, and you indemnify, release and hold harmless Extreme Gaming and its directors proprietors employees and agents in respect of any loss or damage arising.
Warning: If you suffer from epilepsy or have had seizures or other unusual reactions to flashing lights or patterns, it is advisable not to participate in the Extreme Gaming Theatre.
